Move from overwhelm
to finding
space in your business
to breathe
You don’t have to do this alone!
WORK SMARTER, NOT HARDER
For not-for-profit organisations and small businesses, time, money, and your people are your most precious resources. Investing (in) them wisely is not just beneficial—it’s essential for sustainability and growth of the organisation.
Every dollar spent and every minute allocated must deliver a tangible outcome, such as increasing community impact, improving operational efficiency, or expanding your reach.
If you could change one thing in your business to achieve a better outcome, what would it be?
There’s only so much one person can do!
Whether you’re in a small team, or a solo-preneur, it can be a challenge to make your skillset (and schedule!) stretch to cover all that’s needed in your business.
It makes sense to put your energy into tasks that align naturally with your skills and talents - and ask for help with other things so you can not only get the operational and admin tasks done, you can also grow the business in the direction you choose.
If you could handover a business task to someone else, would any of these make your list?
Establishing a strategic plan for business growth and direction
Documenting business processes and problems and researching options for process improvement
Implementing new software and coordinating associated change management
Self-care and personal development for team members
It’s okay to ask for help!
At Breathe Business Support, we work with not-for-profit organisations and small businesses looking for expertise outside their current capacity to help strengthen and grow their business.
We provide services in operational data and information management, project management of software implementation (e.g. iMIS Association Management Software), strategic systems management, and needs analysis and research. We support this work with effective change management and support self-care of staff to ensure all involved are engaged with being a part of the unfolding journey.
We look forward to working with you!

What happens to your business, if something happens to you?
How does this all work?
01. DISCOVERY
An opportunity for us to meet and get to know each other. Tell me about the challenges you’re experiencing and the support you’re looking for.
02. PROPOSAL
If we decide we’d like to work together, there are 2 options: a casual consulation package or a contracted arrangement for longer term project work.
I’ll send you a work proposal covering your specific needs and how I can support you.
03. CONTRACT
Purchase the casual package that meets your needs or review and sign the contract of terms and conditions sent to you. Book in the first appointment and let’s get started!
04. END POINT
Once the project is complete, you’ll receive a handover of the project through training, summary reports, or whatever method works for your business.
As your business changes and grows, reach out for additional Consultations when you need further support or fresh insights.
